Loved dining at Ecco for our special occasion. (Just, please ban Smoking on the verandah, as the smoke wafts into the restaurant, when people constantly go in and out the door) That said, great restaurant, and wonderful friendly staff.

The food was excellent, the service great, the atmosphere superb and we will definitely go back again and again

Valentines Day set menu had outstanding choices if it was a bit pricey. The service was attentive and we were served quickly. Nice atmosphere. All 6 of us enjoyed our meals!

Thank you for an amazing lunch, the service was exceptional and the food to die for. Especially the Prawns and the Toothfish (which is the first time I have ever eaten out and had it cooked perfectly). The Cauliflower Karaage was so beautiful and fresh it blew my socks off. Thank you again to all the team for a memorable dining experience.

Everything is great once we arrived. However, when I called to say we were running late and that two people were last minute cancellations, the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude to me. "Would be great for more notice next time." Was her response to me. I had just called to be courteous about the time so was not expecting this at all. We ended up having 5 people dining and the somm and service was great. Just a bit disappointed with the calling situation - especially when I was trying to be polite about us running late. Have heard about this same complaint from other professionals. You'll need to let this person (no idea of her name) know, that this type of behavior is unacceptable - especially when someone calls to politely let you know we are running late. Will be back, but would love for this to be taken on board. Cheers.
