Bar Sumi is an elegant and sophisticated classic cocktail bar that prides itself on adhering to traditional Asian mixology techniques and aesthetics. Our bar features a rich and diverse selection of whiskies, catering to both connoisseurs and casual enthusiasts alike. The Full of privacy and stylish environment makes it an ideal venue for any special occasion or a relaxing evening. We are a bar with a seating capacity of only 24. Due to the limited number of seats and to ensure a better experience for all guests, we do not accommodate walk-in groups of more than three people without a prior reservation.Please note that reservations will be held for a maximum of fifteen minutes. We only allow entry once the reserved number of guests have arrived. The dining time is limited to 90 minutes. Beyond this time, the table will be made available to waiting guests.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Vermuteria is a classic, euro neighbourhood bar. We have a big focus on vermouth, sherry, classic cocktails and tasty snacks. Like a traditional Spanish ‘vermuteria’, our vermouth is served straight out of our 100L barrels behind the bar and our very popular semi-dry is served chilled from the tap. One of the best brunches we have done in Sydney . The service was great , the waiters were so attentive always asking if we needed another drink, food was amazing and great atmosphere in the bar

Best bar i have ever go for i always love for some good craft cocktail and this bar have give me and my uncle the best experience ever although the price a bit high but its not unaffordable

Absolutely amazing place! Love the entrance into the bar, but the bar itself is gorgeous. The cocktails and food were next level but the best part of the experience were the bar staff! These girls were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend!
