A Mediterranean bar and restaurant inspired by our recent travels through the region.As you enter you'll find the bar, a quintessentially European  combination of alfresco, booth & bar seating. With an 80 bottle wine list from sommelier Jean Draillard, an extensive cocktail list from head mixologist Euan Ferderer & the perfect Mediterranean snack menu from head chef Ignacio Morales, the bar is one of a kind. No bookings, no turn times for tables just walk-ins only so come whenever and stay forever. Upstairs you'll find the dining room. Soaked in natural light from the sky lights and the adjustable roof, the dining room will be the perfect spot for anything from a long lunch to a late dinner. A sherwal is a traditional, multi-layered baggy men’s trousers worn in various areas of the Mediterranean. Centuries old, it is a rare sight nowadays, except in remote villages and at traditional cultural ceremonies and, well, at our restaurant. Why name our restaurant after an archaic pants? Because, somehow, this pair of comfortable pants has found its way into our modern world, with little tweaks here and there taking the form of harem pants or baggy jeans, fusing the old with the new. And this is what we want to do. We want to take old culinary masterpieces from the Mediterranean and fuse them together, with new flavours here and there, adding new colours and new tastes to the table.
