I love going out to European/ Winecellar for dining

Carlton wine room is a well oiled machine. A genuine effort to make the dining experience special but still remain approachable and keeping the vibe. Took my partner there last night for her birthday and it’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a few years. Well done guys, we’ll be back!

I mucked up the online booking and turned up at the wrong time they were very patient and made it work. Excellent service.

My request for a preferred table was accommodated. My change in dining time due to unforeseen circumstances was also accommodated. Love the overall Italian experience. And in house made produce and bread outstanding. A true taste of Italy.

Beautiful atmosphere, surprise starter dish, large share portions was a fabulous idea. Stunning venue and friendly staff.
