The name “Amylos” denotes our passion for food and bringing to you Greece’s authentic flavors. We carefully chose the most original recipes ranging from various regions in Greece; starting from the southern Aegean islands to the northern mainland, each region has its own unique take on cooking. Amylos, meaning the “building blocks of food”, is synonymous to our concept of building a sustainable menu created from pure raw materials, attention to detail, nonnegotiable standards, and ingredients of the finest quality.
