"Bringing Gluten-Free Soba to the People" The Japanese word “soba” refers both to the buckwheat plant as well as the noodles made from buckwheat flour. Soba is typically served in a hot aromatic broth topped with chicken, tempura prawns or a selection of vegetables or served cooled on an elegant bamboo tray with delicate dipping sauce.Soba is one of the world’s most nutritious food and an abundant source of protein. We went for the Feed Me menu after seeing a show at The Princess Theatre. Being vegan our options were limited but every plate was super delicious! The staff were engaging, friendly and helpful. Although we had a small table almost in a corner it didn't feel cramped and we hardly noticed the diners around us. Great value. Great location. Amazing food. Highly recommend
