I love going out to European/ Winecellar for dining

Carlton wine room is a well oiled machine. A genuine effort to make the dining experience special but still remain approachable and keeping the vibe. Took my partner there last night for her birthday and it’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a few years. Well done guys, we’ll be back!

We enjoyed the signature cocktails, entrees, mains and dessert on this special celebration day. Even though we saw 1-2 staff who very busy and our meal took 2 hours in total, our service was very attentive, friendly, and very gracious. Most of the food portions were large so bring your appetite! Food was delicious and flavourful. We liked almost everything we ordered and especially the beef brisket rissoles, chicken schnitzel, mixed grill platter for 2, and the raspberry soufflé. We recommend Cellar 43 highly and would return for another flavourful experience accompanied by good service.

What an incredibly amazing restaurant, the menu is great. Service top notch and hospitality coupled with great authentic flavours makes this place a must visit. We had the group set menu and it didn’t disappoint, the staff were superb with managing individual dietary preferences and the quantity was generous. They even let us pick mains from the specials menu. A delightful experience, must visit
