The new restaurant has a beautiful ambiance with a mix traditional and modern decor.     We booked the pre theatre option at Pure South Dining. The preset menu was amazing, beautifully presented and all courses were delicious. Their service was friendly and professional. The view over the Yarra was fabulous. We finished our meal with plenty of time to get to our theatre booking. We will return.

    Our group all really enjoyed their meals. I had the seafood linguine that had a stack of different seafood in it. Waterfront has a pleasant and relaxing ambience sitting outside and watching the world go by along Southbank.

    The decor was cluttered & looks too busy, some parts of the restaurant (upstairs foyer) looks tacky. Staff are very attentive and service is superb. Food was nothing special - the churashi that I had was too pricey. It wasn't worth $38; a more reasonable price would be $25.

    Great meal for two. Burger and grilled fish. Great value. Heaps of food, we couldn't finish the sweet potato chips, which were outstanding. Fish was ultra-fresh firm and tasty. Chips, perfect. Greek salad, just enough to freshen up the plate. Quick and friendly service. If they were busy, waiter said they would return. Great evening. Well done!
