Daniel, an executive chef with 25 years’ experience and Milan, a qualified chef who detoured to the cheese industry early in his career, can be found day to day in store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, food incredible! We asked to move to a nicer table and it was all fine, slight mistake with the bill that was quickly sorted. Again food is incredible!
