Important Waitlist InformationAfter being notified your table is ready, you will have 5 minutes to confirm via SMS. Parallel brings together the experience and background of the three Ozery brothers, Alon, Guy, and Aharon, to create this unique space and product. “We grew up in a home where sesame butter (tahini) was consumed regularly alongside flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Parallel was born from our history and love for sesame butter. It’s part of our culture and upbringing, and we want to share that with you. There are few ingredients that are as versatile, nutritious, and just as damn tasty as sesame butter. That’s why we decided to make it in all its forms: try it in our dressings, salads, dips, bowls, and our famous homemade halva, and seed what is possible. The three of us share a passion for simple meals with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and innovative techniques. That, along with our love for good coffee, art, music, and community, is what shapes the Parallel experience.”

    Nice place to be on a cold rainy November evening! Service is knowledgeable and friendly. Food was good with high marks to the fried eggplant and crispy shrimp. The harissa half roast chicken was a generous portion, moist but a tad over seasoned with the dry rub which we found gritty and a tad too hot! Ambiance is warm and welcoming. Will be back. Great place for a pre-theatre meal.

    One of my favorite spots in Toronto. My go to spot when friends & family are visiting us. It never dissappoints! Food is AMAZING! Their Falafels are the best in town. And service is always GREAT!

    What an incredible experience 😊 Skylight exceeded my hopes, let alone my expectations. I love the casual, comfortable yet sophisticated environment, the perfect lighting, the extra high ceiling and cityscape through the tall windows, and the comfortable choice of seating. I also love the mix of comfy benches, comfy couches, and comfy chairs along with more traditional seating and a beautiful bar in the middle.However the best part was the food and service. The menu is exotic yet approachable, and the staff is wonderful. It's obvious that management is out to create a complete casual dining and lounging experience. This is not just a place we will go back to, it's a place we intend to become regulars at. I can't wait to enjoy a weekend evening with live music or a DJ.Thank you!
