Currently, our back parking lot is under construction due to the development of Stockman's Park. Parking is limited, but the parking lot is still accessible from L Street, or Railroad Avenue. We also have a few designated parking spaces near our rear entrance, but if all of those spaces are full, there is also a parking garage on Railroad Avenue. According to the Mercury News (2007), "The menu in the main restaurant is equally eclectic (compared to its wine lounge), with unusual dishes such as pumpkin borani, which features spicy peppers and garlic, and aushak, pasta filled with leek and cilantro and topped with garlic-yogurt sauce and sautéed ground beef, and simpler starters and entrees such as grilled salmon and beef, shrimp, lamb, and chicken kabobs. The owners have designed their menu to accommodate the palates of those who like spicier, more exotic dishes and those who prefer milder, well-prepared salads, vegetables, and grilled seafood and meat.” Come experience this treasure in Downtown Pleasanton in either the main dining room or our relaxing wine lounge.

    The service was a little slow m and kids menu was extremely limited. Overall the food was extremely delicious and well prepared. Everything came out hot and fresh. The chef even came around to the tables and spoke with everyone. I highly recommend.

    Valentine’s price fixe menu was exceptional. We frequently go to Uncle Yu’s, but this menu was a huge step up. Every dish more delicious than the last. It was so, so good. We have eaten at Michelin star restaurants, and this menu was as good as, or better, than some of those meals. Bravo.

    My husband and I had a great experience at Forbes Mill Steakhouse in Danville. Our waitress was exceptional and her name was Amy and she definitely added to our wonderful evening. We had the Filet, one Oscar Style and one with Scampi. Both outstanding. We also enjoyed our Lava Cake desert. Wonderful evening for us as we don't splurge often.

    Evvia is one of my favorite all time restaurants. The food is consistently excellent and the service impeccable. Favorite dishes include the spreads, the Evvia salad, Greek salad, avgolemono soup, anything with lamb and the whole fish. The pasta never disappoints and if you want a hearty dish their moussaka is the very best outside Greece.
