Brett and his family have owned and operated The Hilltop Restaurant for the past 40 years. Pete, the head chef, brings his most recent culinary experience and creativity from California to NOLO’s, The Rooftop Bar and The Basement Bar. His culinary vision and passion for local ingredients create new modern comfort food dishes.     Our entire experience exceeded expectations…innovative menu was exceptional. Professional staff were gracious, experienced, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. There was tasty music and we could converse and hear. I highly recommend Young Joni for an adventure into fresh dining experience dealt by professional staff.

    We visited Manny’s three days in a row and are not even staying at The W! We had lunch twice and were so impressed that we’re having dinner tonight!!! The food was outstanding, and the service was top top notch! Kudos to our busboy Louis, one of the hardest working people I have met, and our waiter Jorge and waitress Catherine! All of these staff members were very hardworking, professional and friendly and made our experience exceptional. Kudos also to the manager on duty Greg Williams for helping us secure our dinner reservations and appreciating our comments.

    Hell’s Kitchen was a great experience for me and my girlfriend. The server was amazing she was very attentive and even asked if we had any questions as well as offered recommendations. Food was amazing honestly we were both going to come for just burgers but ended up getting the bison birria tacos and the steak. Drinks were good. Ambiance was great with the outlook of everything. Music wasn’t our choice of music but nonetheless was a great experience all around.

    This place has so much more to offer than your usual bar and grill. There’s so much I want to try on their menu. Service was on point as well. We will definitely be back
