A French-Japanese bistro in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. Reservations are always recommended, but we are often able to accommodate walk-ins as well. While we love dogs, we can only accept trained service animals (not emotional support animals) both in our dining room as well as on our outdoor patio. We appreciate your understanding.

In 2024, the original location of Petit Trois, on Highland Ave in Hollywood, celebrates 10 years as a beloved, can't miss part of LA's dining scene. Chef/Owner Ludo Lefebvre puts his spin on classic French flavors including the cult-favorite Big Mec burger, swimming in rich Bordelaise sauce, perfectly roasted Heritage chicken with compressed potatoes fried in clarified butter, a French Dip sandwich served with a version of the restaurant's onion soup for dipping, and lots more. Start with the restaurant's housemade baguette served with the creamiest French butter and pair it all with wine from the restaurant's thoughtfully curated list, which includes 16 by the glass options. With a design inspired by classic Parisian bistros, Petit Trois transports guests in its 2 dining areas as well as an outdoor patio. The dining room is also available for private events.

Open for indoor and outdoor dining and curbside takeout. Outdoors dining is subject to the weather. We have heaters but not for all tables. Please dress warmly. If there is a chance of rain we will have to cancel.Shiro has been named the Zagat Guide's number one restaurant and is consistently one of the highest rated establishments in the guide (#5 in 2011; #2 for service in 2013). Shiro is summed up by it's ingredients. Menu items are driven by the best available, nothing less is acceptable. For over 35 years, diners have enjoyed our French and Pacific Rim inspired menu. A tradition of fine dining with excellent, friendly service. We may supplement our menu with a special Taste of Shiro (soup or salad, meat or fish, dessert). Wed/Th. food was fantastic and service was wonderful. Only changes I would’ve made was to turn up the music a little bit to create more atmosphere and increase the size of the steak frites, even if you have to raise the price a bit.

V we had a lovely lunch and our server was very kind, courteous and efficient! He checked in on us often and was not over bearing. Thank you for taking such good care of us! Kendall’s is my “go to” restaurant whe I go ti The Music Center.

Birthday dinner here, haven’t been back since pre covid. Happy the experience was just a phenomenal as it was way back then! Always recommended to friends that visit LA!
