We have 15 indoor tables, and 12 covered/heated patio tables. Online reservations can be made for parties up to 5 guests. Larger groups can be booked at 5pm on weeknights, please email the restaurant for reservations. Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The ambiance and service were outstanding. The menu is well-developed and interesting. Some of the food like the burrata appetizer and the bolognese was excellent. We found the mushroom risotto and the beef short rib to be overly salty. Great drinks as well!

The food was outstanding as was the service! The only minus is the parking situation; had to go several blocks up a side street to find parking. However, it won't keep us from coming back to this wonderful restaurant! See you soon!

We live in the neighborhood and love Shambles. The food and cocktails are great and the ambiance is vibrant and cozy. We've always liked it since they first opened but I do think there have been a few changes for the better since new ownership took over...mainly a more diverse menu and just a few touches to the space that have elevated the space a bit. Definitely recommend it!

Food and service were top-notch. The restaurant has high-ceilings and an open kitchen so it’s a bit noisy, but not so much that you have to shout at your table. Try the grits!
