Das Brisgavi ist von Montag bis Samstag von 15.00 bis 23.00 Uhr für Sie geöffnet. Am Nachmittag bieten wir eine Kuchenauswahl an, dazu vielleicht einen Cappuccino, oder ein Glas Wein als Apero. Ab 17.00 Uhr startet unsere Küche mit einer fast täglich wechselnde Speisekarte mit regionalen und internationalen Einflüssen. Wir können zu Recht sagen, bei uns ist es "hausgemacht". Their French cuisine combines haute cuisine standards with ideas of sustainability. Due to the moderate prices, menus are accessible to everyone. This is the reason because of their young and ambitious chef Lukas Hackenberg, who wants guests to feel at home when dining at Le Faubourg. Wonderful experience. I had a fantastic meal with my partner. Incredible menu by the chef, the flavours and creativity with each dish were outstanding in an interesting and historical setting. The service was flawless. An incredible hidden gem in Charlottenburg.

Super freundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen war sensationell und es ist für jeden etwas dabei, ganz egal ob Fleischfresser, Vegetarier oder Veganer. Also sehr zu empfehlen. Ich werde die Schnitzelei definitiv wieder besuchen.

War ein sehr schöner Abend, Essen war richtig gut, Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und nicht aufdringlich so möchte ich Essen gehen. Hatten am Ende noch einen Jägermeister…. habe nicht dran gedacht ihn ohne Eis und ohne Zitrone zu bestellen mein Fehler😂
