Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Every dish was a masterpiece. To start, we had the bacon wrapped dates (my server insisted that I'd love them although I'm not a dates fan), which was a perfect balance of flavors and textures. They were incredibly delicious. TheLolly Pop Lamb Chops was the highlight of the meal—cooked to perfection, with each bite better than the last. The flavors were bold and fresh, showcasing the chef's commitment to quality ingredients and expert preparation. We had a recommended Spanish wine that was also incredible. The service was attentive and also terrific. Great dining experience at Amada. BTW, I've been there before and insist that lamb lolly pops are best in Philly

    I've been dining at Fork for decades. It is rare for our experience to be anything but stellar from the inventive cocktails, delectable cuisine, and VERY friendly and accommodating staff.

    First time here!! Mom and I got lunch before a matinee show at the Academy of Music! Food was EXCELLENT, drinks were refreshing and the staff was pleasant and not overbearing! Will definitely recommend! Short walk to and from the Avenue of the Arts!

    Went to Tria on a Friday night and it was definitely a bustling space! Service was great and food was delicious. They have a decent number of vegetarian options in both small and large plates.
