Montesacro is the first “Pinseria” in the United States. It resembles old Roman “Fraschette” offering a wide selection of artisanal cheeses and cured meats, cold dishes from Roman tradition and a modern take on Pinsa, a low fat, low calorie and easy to digest flat bread made with a blend of rice, soy and wheat flour imported directly from Rome, all GMO free.     What a great night! We loved everything about this restaurant. Best calamari we have ever had. The burrata and pasta amazing - waygu meatballs were overcooked. Drinks great and the ambiance was so festive. Felt like being at a party!

    My roommates and I went for the community appreciation night with the discounted menu. We booked the reservation months in advanced because it’s so popular. It lived up to the hype and everything was delicious. Our favorite dish was the vodka pasta!

    Overall, a pretty good dinner. Good seasonal menu items. The prosciutto and persimmon salad was great; the pizza was a bit undercooked but still pretty good; blueberry lemon cake was ordinary but good. A bit on the loud side, but it was busy so that’s expected. Great service as always.
