Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher.     Such a great experience! We had the prosciutto stuffed with mozzarella for an appetizer. So delicious! The bottle of Cabernet was like drinking liquid silk. Our server Kara was spot on. Everyone’s steak was cooked to perfection. We were so stuffed, but Kara encouraged us to share a few desserts. The crème brûlée cheesecake is so amazing and the flourless chocolate cake was the yin to the cheesecakes yan. Thank you for an incredible evening with family and friends.

    Met with a friend that I haven’t see for awhile. We reserved a table in the bar area. We had THE MOST AMAZING sever! Paula A was phenomenal. We will definitely go back to visit her. I believe she is there Thursday through Saturday and maybe a another day or two. She made our night!

    Had a delicious lunch with my former work colleagues. Two of us had a steak salad - steak was cooked perfectly and it was delicious. Our other colleague has soup and a flat bread. Really nice combination. Extensive by the glass wine list. Service was very good.

    Our server Jackie was phenomenal!! It was an extremely busy lunch time, but she was always available, great personality, so attentive! The food was great!!! Tried 3 different pizzas and all were so tasty!! And of course, you can't beat the best wine ever!!!
