He decided to return to Mexico where he worked for Arca Tulum and Emilia CDMX. Gaba is his first project located in Condesa.

Tucked into a corner in the heart of Condesa, NIV is a bar de vino featuring small-production wines, an internationally inspired food program, and a cheeky, candlelit backroom with curated vinyl records, mezcal, and late-night bites for those not ready to end their night quite yet. NIV’s carefully curated wine selection features small-production and independent producers wines from France, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Mexico, ranging from unique Pet Nats to orange wines aged in amphora to a classic selection of wines from Burgundy and Piemonte, delighting both the seeker of a traditional and the natural wine lover alike.The food program at NIV by Executive Chef Diego Martínez draws inspiration from the team’s origins in Mexico and France. Relying on the seasonal produce Mexico has to offer, the menu is subject to change.
Jowong es un restaurante de comida coreana innovadora que toma a la Ciudad de México como inspiración, usando ingredientes locales en sus platillos.La cocina esta a cargo de los chefs Greg Wong y Allen Noveck, la parte dulce por Marifer Millán y el menú de cócteles esta diseñado por Jun Kwon. Ellos han trabajado en lugares como Nueva York, Los Ángeles y San Francisco, siendo éstas ciudades, junto con la cocina coreana, bases para crear sabores nuevos en Ciudad de México.

Our wine selection, available by the glass or bottle, features a curated collection of vintages, formats, and special labels. To pair, we offer an international tapas-inspired menu with a distinctive Italian foundation—delicious, concise, ever-evolving, and designed for sharing.We offer two spaces: the Chef’s Table and the Terrace. The Chef’s Table is a two-hour experience available by reservation for groups of 1 to 6, at 7:00 p.m. or 9:15 p.m., with Omakase-style service. On the Terrace, you can enjoy à la carte or Omakase, with or without a reservation.Omakase is an experience where the chef selects each dish, combining fresh ingredients and refined technique. Dishes are tailored to your group and preferences.
