Our main philosophy is continuous transformation, we believe that as we acquire experience and knowledge what we create changes and expands. Our menu does too. We honor the seasons, respecting the cycle of ingredients and source locally, focusing on the quality of the product and the passion of the team that transforms it. Our goal is to be a place where you can experience joyful connection around the table. Our atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, making you feel comfortable and at home. We offer delicious cocktails and a varied and interesting wine selection to compliment your experience. We are also open for morning coffee and breakfast.Executive Chef & Partner, Victor Toriz has worked throughout his career in Bestia LA and Here's looking at you. He decided to return to Mexico where he worked for Arca Tulum and Emilia CDMX. Gaba is his first project located in Condesa.

Tucked into a corner in the heart of Condesa, NIV is a bar de vino featuring small-production wines, an internationally inspired food program, and a cheeky, candlelit backroom with curated vinyl records, mezcal, and late-night bites for those not ready to end their night quite yet. NIV’s carefully curated wine selection features small-production and independent producers wines from France, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Mexico, ranging from unique Pet Nats to orange wines aged in amphora to a classic selection of wines from Burgundy and Piemonte, delighting both the seeker of a traditional and the natural wine lover alike.The food program at NIV by Executive Chef Diego Martínez draws inspiration from the team’s origins in Mexico and France. By day, we are a culinary laboratory; by night, an exclusive wine bar set within a professional kitchen. Our wine selection, available by the glass or bottle, features a curated collection of vintages, formats, and special labels. To pair, we offer an international tapas-inspired menu with a distinctive Italian foundation—delicious, concise, ever-evolving, and designed for sharing.We offer two spaces: the Chef’s Table and the Terrace. The Chef’s Table is a two-hour experience available by reservation for groups of 1 to 6, at 7:00 p.m. or 9:15 p.m., with Omakase-style service. On the Terrace, you can enjoy à la carte or Omakase, with or without a reservation.Omakase is an experience where the chef selects each dish, combining fresh ingredients and refined technique. Dishes are tailored to your group and preferences.

    La comida es deliciosa, todo lo que pedimos estuvo bien servido. El tiramisú es una joya. El lugar todo el tiempo estuvo lleno, nos tocó en la barra y Alan es súper atento, mis felicitaciones a él y sus excelentes recomendaciones tanto de bebidas como de alimentos.

    What a gem. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star way more than other restaurants like Rosetta which is over hyped. This is real creativity in the reinvention of classics with a unique Mexican flair. The waggyu tartar and the mushrooms are not to be missed

    Beautiful little spot off Parque Mexico in Condesa. I actually liked the their old menu better for me -- more non-meat options. But seems like they change the menu often, or seasonally, so you're sure to find something you like. Great vibe outside. Nice not-too-loud DJ inside. Go for sure!
