Seasons 52 is a Fresh Grill and Wine Bar offering a seasonal menu that is naturally lighter and always flavorful. Our seasonal menus feature ingredients at their peak of freshness, oak-fire grilled or brick oven roasted (without a fryer in sight) to be naturally lighter and more flavorful. We also offer an extensive list of wines by the glass and bottle. Here, you'll always feel free to enjoy every bite, every sip, every moment. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Created by Restaurateur Christian Joseph in 2014, the first iteration of Plate was destroyed in a fire. Reopening in 2019 at a new location, its bigger and better than ever! Christian's grandfather Constantino Lucido immigrated from Frosinone, Italy to New York in 1948. Christian is passionate about Italian culture, food, and wine.     The food, service and overall experience was excellent! We had the Moderna salads with truffle bread to start. And had the shrimp pasta and halibut for main course. Both were very very good. We brought our daughter who is 2 and a half years old and the service was accommodating and really sweet with her. They made a mushroom pizza with a little red sauce for her and she loved it! This is our favorite restaurant in Kansas City.

    The server was welcoming and knowledgeable. She seemed to sincerely want to provide an enjoyable dining experience. She opened three bottles of wine for us to sample and agree upon. And the complimentary tiramisu birthday dessert was delicious.

    Desde que llegamos muy amables no sentaron muy rápido la mesa estaba decorada hermosa con corazones y una rosa Roja espectacular un detallazo, nuestro mesero Reda que servicio detalles y profesionalismo comenzó reda con una brindis con champaña bebidas,_canasta de pan espectacular,aperitivos ostiones , camarones, langosta,tuna tartar plato fuerte cordero, ribeye papas gratinadas, espárragos, postre cheesecake, de postre de aniversario delicioso y pedimos 3 postres más cream burle , chocolate cake y otro cheesecake todo delicioso mis felicitaciones para la cocina como siempre para las mejores ocasiones no hay como The Capital Grill siempre un 100 en todo mil gracias por sus atenciones Kim la manager super atenta , Carmen la hostess, cocineros, bussers y todos el personal atención de lujo
