Bienvenue! In the middle of Berlin, directly on the famous Gendarmenmarkt, you will find our restaurant. We have been inspired by the rich history of the place - the Französischer Dom (French Cathedral). This is what the modern, French-inspired cuisine and of course the name Hugo & Notte stand for. Named after the French religious refugees, the Huguenots, who built a church here around 1700 and in whose basement the restaurant is located. Indulge in history, enjoy the stylish ambience of our restaurant and, of course, our food and drinks! The Hugo & Notte is suitable for lunch, dinner or coffee & cake in the afternoon. Die gemütliche und tatsächlich gleichzeitig stylische Gaststube verfügt drinnen über rund 60 Plätze, verteilt auf romantische Zweiertische, lange Tafeln und zwei besonders heimelige Separees.     Food was good, the Service is super kind, poor option for veggies (3 options with meat and obly 1 without) but still tasty. I would repeat specially with ppl that do eat meat.

    Wir hatten einen perfekten Abend bei Anna & Paul. Angefangen bei den leckeren Aperitifs, die nicht zu süß waren über die Vorspeise, unglaublich gutes, rosa gegartes Vitello Tonnato bis hin zu den Hauptgängen, Ochsenbäckchen (butterweich) mit Püree sowie Lachs mit Kaviar und Wildbrokkoli auf schwarzem Reis (eine perfekte Kombination). Für eine Nachspeise waren wir leider zu satt, aber was wir an den anderen Tischen gesehen haben, sah sehr gut aus. Noch besser, als das Essen, war der Service. Richtig nett, entspannt und aufmerksam. Wenn wir wieder in Berlin sind, wissen wir schon, wo wir hingehen. Vielen Dank, Anna, Paul und Team für den tollen Abend!

    Beautiful evening with lovely lovely service. We were cared for perfectly, and got just the right suggestions at the right moment. We enjoyed the food immensely, however the evening was much more special than the flavors of the food, we felt so comfortable and pleasant. I would do it again!
