Triumph Brewing Company, founded in 1995, is a full service restaurant and brewery with a seasonally changing gastro-pub menu driven largely by local farms. We have live, original music Thursday- Sunday - never a cover charge and never a cover band.     Waitress was very sweet and attentive. Food was good but I had a special that had filet tips in it but there was very little meat. . The pork was great and the veal Milanese was very good. I definitely would go back.

    Dined here before a show at Count Basie. Menu options were varied and appeasing to everyone, including the kids. Everything we ordered was delicious as were the drinks. Had to wait a bit for our food to be served but worth the wait. We will definitely be back!

    We had a wonderful dining experience with our group of 12. We were seated on the enclosed patio. Our waiter John was awesome and took very good care of us. As always, the food was so good and everyone left happy. Can't ask for more.

    The first time that I went to the Molly pitcher was about 15 years ago with one of my girlfriends. We just decided to visit Red Bank over the summer and I have to say it was such a lovely restaurant back then and it still is. The waiter was wonderful The service was wonderful the food was wonderful!!!!!l I would recommend it to anyone at any time.

    My husband and I went last Friday to try it out and we were very surprised how delicious the food was! We went back again this past Friday and took my daughter and fiancé and they both enjoyed the experience as well. The beers were very good, the waitresses so nice and the food was excellent. Highly recommend!
