Welcome to our new ‘Txoko’ inspired from the Basque country and Northern Spain,meaning a cosy corner or ‘nook’ where people come together to meet and share homecooked tradional Spanish food, along side local drinks and wines with friends andfamily, new and old.We use local fresh produce along with speciality products imported directly from Spainto create family receipes close to our hearts. Our Txoko has been created with repurposedfurniture and accessories to minimise our carbon footprint.

Taking inspiration from Lisbon’s vibrant rooftop culture, JOIA Rooftop Bar offers guests sweeping views of London’s Grade II* listed Battersea Power Station and the city beyond whilst championing the best of British and Iberian produce, bringing Henrique Sá Pessoa’s modern take on Iberian flavours outdoors. Signature dishes from JOIA restaurant, such as Octopus salad with red pepper, potato and smoked paprika and Tuna tartare with avocado and sea lettuce, alongside exclusive items for the rooftop, including the Cuttlefish Bun and Prego sandwiches. Guests can enjoy seasonal cocktails including the Aventurina, a gin-based cocktail with mint, cucumber and lime, and the Pimenta, made with tequila, agave and chilli.     Been here a few times and each time think it’s a bit disappointing. It could be a great restaurant but I think the chef or owner is trying too hard to be Gordon Ramsay or Tom Kerridge. Too few staff to handle the tables. Our young waitress was great but had too many tables to serve so we waited for drinks. Our meals came at different times and extras were forgotten. They were out of the Sirloin on the bone and suckling pig. It was only 8 O’clock so that’s poor. I ordered Fillet but I’m pretty sure it was sirloin I was given. I don’t send food back as I’m worried what will be done to my new dish so I commented and left it at that. We were given a couple of drinks so we were satisfied with that. I really wish they’d concentrate on the basics of good food without the dishes served on tiles and other nonsense. Get an extra waiter in and make sure orders are served together, without forgetting the extras ordered.
