The Good Earth reflects the journey Chinese food has taken in London. From traditional aromatic duck and dry shredded beef to contemporary dishes unique to us such as Golden Sands Dover Sole and Wasabi Prawns. This long-established restaurant in Ealing is known affectionately by its customers as “Mrs Chow’s” in homage to the lady in charge of the cooking, who believes in using fresh, natural ingredients.
