Dining at Centurion Club is a warm, welcoming and elegant setting to enjoy seasonal British flavours.     We had an absolutely fantastic evening at Ember in Hertford! From start to finish, everything was flawless. Ryan provided exceptional service, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our visit. The food was simply outstanding. The oysters were incredibly fresh, the mackerel was packed with flavor, and the steak—wow—easily the best we’ve had in Hertford! Every bite was perfection. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special night out. My partner and I were so impressed that we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend Ember to anyone looking for top-quality food and excellent service.

    This was our first visit, everything was excellent. Unfortunately it did feel a bit cold - The staff did their best to adapt the air conditioning for us too. However, there was a back door that kept being opened and huge wafts of cold would come through. All the staff seemed lovely and went out of their way to take care of us. Food was delicious!
