Amuse is a seasonal, farm to table driven restaurant, located on the third floor of the museum. Whether you are dining in our main dining room, full-service bar, or our private dining room, you will be able to take in sweeping views of the Robins Sculpture Garden and the museum’s Cochrane Atrium. Our team works diligently to provide a menu that is directly inspired by the art-filled surroundings, current exhibitions, and seasonality while also carefully selecting only the finest ingredients from local vendors, artisans, and farmers.     This was a return visit to this sweet neighborhood restaurant. Wonderful food, smooth, prompt and friendly service, and a relaxing chic vibe all made for a great evening. Definitely will order the Scottish salmon served with a corn chowder and a hint of smoked bacon again. The chestnut soup was as delicious as ever, and the generous salad of local greens topped things off. We'll be back!

    Everything was delicious from drinks to dessert. We would highly recommend the duck. It was perfectly seared. The staff was very welcoming and was very attentive. We will be back!

    My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our 5 year anniversary, they gave us a personalized handwritten note telling us happy anniversary that was so sweet!!! Service was great, everything came out fast, and the food was great as well! We will be back!

    Fantastic dinner. David Shannon rocks. Every morsel was over-the-top delicious and Kendel, our server, couldn't have been more polished, personable, and professional. The Vegan Orgy on Texas Beach was a complete flavor banger as promised, I would sell my soul for another bite of the Swank Bank — the whole thing is obscenely delicious, and the halibut was, of course, to die for. Thank you for a special birthday dinner.
