The standards that we love from Nashville location are available at Etch in Franklin- Roasted Cauliflower, Argentinian Beef Tenderloin. We ordered the tempura mushrooms which were a generous portion but we found to be a bit greasy. We loved the Smoked Potato Salmon Bowl with the perfect jammy shoyu egg! The Pavlova with pear sorbet and tangerine marmalade was a divine way to end our meal. The service was excellent!!

This was my first time here and the food was excellent and the service was outstanding!

The food is always excellent. The service superb! A bit pricy at 50-75 average each. But a great experience.

The meal was delicious as usual. Our server was nice, but we were often looking for her because we needed something. We waited a long time for water refills and to order dessert.
