The first stage of evolution began with a complete renovation of the building. Of the major structural changes, the most significant included repositioning of the staircase leading to the basement. Very quiet as I think the location is quite secluded. Nicole was on point with serving us & very lovely. The food was as expected with the octopus cooked to perfection. My fave was the aubergine
