Jam Delish is an independent family-owned Caribbean vegan restaurant and cocktail bar in Angel, Islington. Founded in 2020 by siblings Jordan and Chyna, their idea was one that came purely from their desire to bring their grandparents authentic, traditional Caribbean recipes from their family home to the London food scene, with a fresh and modern take, inspired by their own upbringing in a vegan household. Great food (though I thought it would be hot and the breakfast focaccia was cold). I love all the great vegan options, and it was really a short walk from Kings Cross. Unfortunately, the music was far too loud--it was deafening and intrusive, and the staff couldn't turn it down (it made it hard to have a conversation).

We were told it was the first day of the new menu and it was very busy and running a little behind schedule with the bookings. However the staff were extremely friendly and professional despite being absolutely run off their feet and the food was excellent. Menu had so much that we wanted to try - the sharing small plates option for 2 seems a really good way to do that. Will have to return soon.

The food is always amazing here. We went for the Christmas Special. Had such a great time with the Christmas Crackers and little party favours. Absolutely recommend!

Fabulous vegan food, crunchy pickled vegetables, delicious pie, peas and potatoes, great broth soup, and pudding too! So great to come to a really good place, great food and know it’s all what I want to eat!

Warmly and enthusiastically greeted on arrival I was taken to my table straight away. The service from Joey was really attentive and impressive. Water arrived immediately and a lovely apple cinamon drink shortly after. My chosen veggie pizza was truly delicious; plenty of mouth-wayering, fresh ingredients. A rich, moist tirumisu, followed. Tuesday, 8.30 was comfortable and well attended. The decor, warm and homely. I will be back and yes, I recommend this little haven.
