Nice ambience, food was great and served at a good temperature. We didn’t have to wait for too long and we were not rushed. Overall it was good and we had a nice time. Coffee could have been better ( had to drink it almost straight away as it went cold within a few mins of serving. Main disappointment was that I wanted something warm for brunch and as I don’t eat eggs asked if I could swap eggs for avocado that wasn’t allowed and I had to pay extra even though I didn’t want eggs. I didn’t argue because it wasn’t worth the hassle but disappointed as it’s never been an issue in other similar places.

Great restaurant to go to for good quality food, cosy seating and fab and efficient service. Outdoor seating also available, which is nice when it’s sunny!

Had a lively afternoon tea experience. Food was delicious. Teas were delightful too. Teas were refillable and we could change whenever we wanted. However, service here is a bit questionable. We asked one waiter if sandwiches or cakes were refillable, and he said yes. When we asked another waitress for refills, she said only one refill per person and only from the savoury ones. This particular female waitress did not really smile and seemed reluctant to serve us. We were left to enjoy our afternoon tea for as long as we liked which was nice. The savouries were delicious, the sweets were not too sweet and the scones were lovely. The menu and the waitress both mentioned the lemon jam, but there was no sign of it and no-one told us it wasn’t available.

7th time here at Corinthia, and Afternoon Tea was Superb. Our server, Matt, was outstanding! His knowledge of the menu, both food and drinks was great and he had me sold of the Sparkling Tea as an alternative as one of our party was tee-total. Thank you for a wonderful Saturday afternoon tea, this is definitely one of my top 3 in London. We will be back soon. J

This was an absolutely excellent experience on a busy Christmas Day.
