Llerena takes its name from a little village in Extremadura, southwest Spain, where four generations of our family has raised Iberian pigs since 1939, producing authentic "Bellota" jamón ibérico, chorizo and other pork delicacies. Our family created a business around the farm called Jamón y Salud to sell our gourmet products and has now brought this exquisite taste of Spain to Islington with the Llerena Ibérico Tapas Bar. Not only can you sample ibérico pork grilled meats and finest jamón, but also creamy Torta del Casar cheese and other traditional Extremadura's delights as well as the best wine from our region.

Camino was born with the opening of King’s Cross in 2007. Capturing the real essence of Spain was always the aim, and with the addition of Bar Rioja opening opposite ( this was previously Bar Pepito, London’s very first sherry bar) we came a King’s Cross institution. Our lively bar and restaurant sprawls around a hidden courtyard, coming alive in the Summer, full of people enjoying a frosted mug of Spanish cerveza, a glass of sangria or a Rioja Glass from Bar Rioja. Inspired by the Castile y León region of Northern Spain, the restaurant and bar is vibrant yet relaxed, with a beautiful heated terrace for outdoor drinking and dining all year round.This location is particularly special to us, as it was in Shoreditch that our first ever bar Cantaloupe, opened back in 1995. Once again we had a really lovely time. Food, as always, was exceptional. Service and staff were exceptional. Camino is our go to for special occasions, we always recommend it and have never been disappointed.
