The owner, Fons de Visscher was a respected fishmonger for 27 years in Helmond; a small city in the Netherlands, when he decided to start a new adventure. The Bibendum Oyster Bar - a local stalwart - is steered masterfully under the direction of Lyon born 2 Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi. The large tiled foyer of the great Michelin building remains, and it’s great for a glass of fizz and a few oysters (there are always many varieties to choose from), and also perfect to stay a bit longer for a more leisurely lunch or dinner. Expect plenty of fresh seafood; oysters, langoustine and the signature seafood platters - alongside a comprehensive yet affordable wine list. As well as dining inside the main "house", there are seats outside in the semi-open courtyard, and also in the prime spot of streetside on Fulham Road. If it does turn a little chilly, there are also some luxury blankets… Enjoy lunch, dinner and drinks at Bibendum.

I would go to say that this location is a lot better than Canary Wharf, if not in the same standard / staff were efficient and the vibes were on point , food was amazing as per usual, lovely to see the standard of food maintained throughout restaurants!

Delicious food - felt like being home in Greece. Exquisite octopus and ceviche as well as langoustines and the fish (Fagkri) we shared was very fresh and cooked beautifully. Excellent service and very attentive staff throughout.
