Rubio is the brainchild of Max Reich a self-confessed foodie and music lover. Warmly and enthusiastically greeted on arrival I was taken to my table straight away. The service from Joey was really attentive and impressive. Water arrived immediately and a lovely apple cinamon drink shortly after. My chosen veggie pizza was truly delicious; plenty of mouth-wayering, fresh ingredients. A rich, moist tirumisu, followed. Tuesday, 8.30 was comfortable and well attended. The decor, warm and homely. I will be back and yes, I recommend this little haven.

Always easy to decide on Piccola. Good, freshly made food, great staff, a friendly welcome - what's not to like? If we are heading to Hampstead, this is going to be very high on our list of places to eat.
