The restaurant prides itself on showcasing seasonal ingredients along with their own Deer, Jersey Cows and Iberian Pigs which are reared by Chef/Owner Brett Graham. After a 2 year hiatus, The Ledbury reopened with a new look dining room and their own in house Fungarium. We had a fabulous meal. Food was delicious and waiter gave great advice as to what to eat. I highly recommend it. And they told us they’d overcharged us and we hadn’t checked. Very honest too! Can’t wait to go back.

The food is amazing! We had steak and the flavour was so good, the chips were superb as well. It is first and foremost a chophouse and therefore specialises in meat - the ones we saw looked superb. The menu is a little confusing but the very good waitress talked us through it and made sense of it. Overall, definitely recommend.
