Introducing Cornus, a rooftop space in Belgravia, the second restaurant from David O’Connor and Joe Mercer-Nairne of the acclaimed Chelsea restaurant, Medlar. Chef Gary Foulkes will lead the kitchen, joining from the Michelin-starred Angler to offer a regularly changing menu. Foulkes will lead the kitchen, combining his ingredient-led approach with flavours and techniques encountered on his travels around the world. Foulkes will create an à la carte menu of creative, elevated dishes, grounded in the traditional principles and techniques of French cuisine. La Palombe is a new neighbourhood bistro from restaurateur James Chiavarini (also of Il Portico) & chef patron Jake Leach (previously head chef at the three Michelin starred The Ledbury).A large wood burning grill takes center stage where the majority of the dishes are cooked over live embers. James & Jake work together every shift to serve dishes with a real sense of terroir and provenance, including our speciality of wild foods foraged ourselves.
