Showcasing a unique blend of clean, fresh and healthy Asian food, dishes on Head Chef Yam Bahaeur Gurumg’s menu are all prepared from scratch using traditional Chinese, Thai, Malay and Singaporean disciplines. Favouring a balanced choice of snacks, small plates and mains, highlights include Soft Shell Crab, Siu Mai, Stir-Fried Beef Fillet with Spicy Black Pepper Sauce and Triple-Cooked Dover Sole with Asparagus, Garlic & Chilli. Traditional Chinese restaurant situated in Knightsbridge popular with locals as well as business types and the shopped out from Harrods. The decor is all oriental splendour and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. What's cooking? Traditional Chinese fare. Signature dishes include crispy fragrant duck, steamed seabass and mixed seafood platter. Plenty of vegetarian choices with faux chicken and prawn dishes and a monk's casserole - a mixture of preserved and fresh vegetables cooked in a clay pot.

Kai Mayfair’s cuisine has its foundation in Nanyang Chinese cooking, the region located within the South Seas of China. It takes a ‘Liberated’ approach to Chinese cooking, respectful of the flavours from its Chinese heritage but not bound by it, offering a menu primarily of specialities unique to Kai. Yauatcha Soho, located in the heart of vibrant London, is an all-day dim sum teahouse offering a wide selection of modern authentic dim sum alongside European patisserie and an extensive range of teas, wine and cocktails. The design of the restaurant is a modern interpretation of the old Chinese teahouse.
