Yauatcha Soho, located in the heart of vibrant London, is an all-day dim sum teahouse offering a wide selection of modern authentic dim sum alongside European patisserie and an extensive range of teas, wine and cocktails. The design of the restaurant is a modern interpretation of the old Chinese teahouse. At the same time, the lighting and seating embodies the atmosphere of a vibrant ‘chatter shop’, similar to the traditional Hong Kong dim sum restaurants. Since the establishment of our first restaurant in 2003, Imperial Treasure Restaurant Group has won the hearts of gourmands and casual diners alike. Today, the Group has about 24 restaurants under its name, as well as over 50 accolades.The 140-seat restaurant opens in a Grade II-listed building, serving the finest and most authentic iteration of the iconic dish and preserving the centuries-old methods of the Emperor’s imperial kitchen. Kai Mayfair’s cuisine has its foundation in Nanyang Chinese cooking, the region located within the South Seas of China. It takes a ‘Liberated’ approach to Chinese cooking, respectful of the flavours from its Chinese heritage but not bound by it, offering a menu primarily of specialities unique to Kai. Desserts also feature as a key part of its meal experience utilising ingredients synonymous with the Nanyang region like pandan and durian.
