I would go to say that this location is a lot better than Canary Wharf, if not in the same standard / staff were efficient and the vibes were on point , food was amazing as per usual, lovely to see the standard of food maintained throughout restaurants!

We have been to Hard Rock several times over the years and have visited many around the world. This one is still our favourite. We visited as a family on Saturday evening with my Daughter's boyfriend who never been to a Hard Rock. He absolutely loved his burger and thought the whole experience was great. It lived up to what we had been telling him! Our server, Alex, was excellent - lovely fun personality. And the lady, sorry can't remember her name, who had been there since the 70's was just adorable. All in all, a brilliant visit, thank you!

The staff we met were very friendly, personable and helpful . Our principal sever Michael was even more so, he was very attentive without being intrusive. The layout of the menu was very helpful and descriptive and where we asked for clarification he readily gave it. The quality of the food we thought was fresh and exceptional. the only negative was the volume level of the music which was much too loud for civilised conversation .

Could not fault the service, the setting, or the food. Husband said it was the best venison he had ever had. Huge wine list - knowledgeable sommelier. A lot of French wine. Obviously not a cheap eat at all - 3course meal for 2 with bottle of wine, and 2glasses English sparkling came to £400.

A very good restaurant with an excellent menu and wine list. Reservations recommended as there is high demand for tables.
