Goldies’ menu focuses on the use of a wood-fired grill, with a selection of small and large plates connected by rich, smoky flavours. Third visit to Goldies but this time for lunch. Great atmosphere and laid back vibe. The food just gets better and better. I recommend the corn with the most amazing butter, the delica pumpkin and the chicken. The chips and dips were amazing. Staff were excellent as usual. Can totally recommend.

Truly brilliant service and food. The Argentinian steak was perfect, and such a relief to get it cooked the way we asked. Impressed with the service and knowledge of the waiters/waitresses. 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful dinner at Stoke House. The Sunday Roast (beef) was excellent. Veg and trimmings were delicious. Excellent wine selection too. Service was kind and attentive. Don’t miss the sticky toffee pudding!! We ordered an extra one…. Yum! Will definitely return.
