Taking influence from abundant country fields in Europe, SIX combines the freshest ingredients with a passion for bringing out inherent flavours in a contemporary approach to cuisine. SIX will offer a variety of dining experiences. From our intimate and ambient Dining Room, with luxurious design and every romantic detail taken care of, to the more relaxed and informal Brasserie style dining area. SIX is also Brighton"s first cold-pressed cocktail bar, offering a diverse menu of beautifully constructed drinks, along with a selection of the finest organic wines. We will also be serving our own brewed craft beers, made and imported from a small village outside of Ghent in Belgium. We are committed to solely using locally sourced, organic seasonal ingredients to create our perfectly balanced menus for both our Brasserie and Dining Room. All ingredients are meticulously sourced and supplied directly by local producers to ensure they are of freshest and highest quality available.

Ami Bistro is a relaxed and welcoming restaurant that provides a warm, intimate ambiance. Our exclusive menus are refreshed quarterly and take full advantage of seasonal produce. Beautifully arranged over three floors, Bohemia delivers a full lunch and dinner menu that includes both large main dishes as well as small tapas-style plates and sharing boards. We are proud to say that all of our dishes, sauces and recipes are freshly produced in-house by our team.There are many seated areas within Bohemia’s quirky interior, including The Library and The Snug. For the warmer months, guests may be seated at the front of the venue, where they can take in Brighton in the heart of The Lanes where tables and chairs sit on the historic cobbled streets. Heaters and blankets are provided in cooler times.Families are always welcome at Bohemia…in fact, children are our VIP’s. We have a ground-floor baby change room & toilet, and children’s menu…and they may enjoy playing on our Pac Man machine (or the adults might!)We serve our A La Carte menu, which includes a roast menu only available on Sundays. All food is prepared fresh and in house, with quality ingredients.
