Under new ownership, The Black Horse has recently undergone extensive refurbishment both inside and out, creating one of the nicest pub environments in the area.Food is our passion and we will never compromise on quality. We are proud of our seasonally changing menus, simple, yet exciting using the finest ingredients and locally sourced produce. Certain dishes have become specialities such as our sticky ribs and homemade 8oz burgers. Our beef has been aged for a minimum of 35 days and the roast beef served on Sundays is unrivalled. What a lovely restaurant in the centre of Old Beaconsfield. Extremely welcoming and attentive staff, high quality two course lunch for £40 each with some lovely surprise additions before and throughout the meal. Having exquisite company was also delightful 😁

Booked for daughter's birthday supper. Became more challenging when we realised we had to get her back to school within 45minutes. Staff and kitchen rose to challenge admirably and with good humour, delivering top-notch steaks and actually the best triple cooked chips any of us have ever had. Would consider returning just for chips, but that diminishes everything else 0 all really excellent. Thank you!
