Established in the heart of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Le Vallauris has been one of the highest rated restaurants in the Coachella Valley since its inception in 1973. The exquisite cuisine at Le Vallauris is prepared by Executive Chef, Jean-Paul Lair, who has graced the restaurant for over 25 years. The Historic Landmark was built in 1927 as a home for the Roberson family, who managed Palm Springs' first hotel, The Desert Inn. We love dining here. Last night we both had the beef cheeks, which were delicious. The crispy scallops were also good. Thank you Raymond for the recommendation! I had a wonderful crème brûlée for dessert while my husband enjoyed the chocolate pots de crème. Service was excellent. Give. What other restaurants are charging these days, this place is a good value.

Everything we ordered was delicious! They have a small but varied menu, and nothing we tried disappointed!Sitting outside is a bonus on these beautiful days! Our server was great and didn’t overwhelm or hover, but delivered our menus and food pleasantly and timely. We will definitely go back.
