Really delicious food with complex & adventurous flavours delivered on point. Skua is a really special hidden gem with a great considered vibe which presents as both chilled & authentic. Cosy, dark, intimate & stylish with the best tunes ! The small ish menu is ambitious and exciting- we could have ordered almost everything. Stand out dish was oysters, served at the perfect temperature and tasted like the sea air blowing through grassy sand dunes. 🩷 Great wine list and cocktails selection.

Excellent as always, staff were attentive, food was lovely and atmosphere was wonderful, just what was needed after a fantastic result at Murrayfield

We had booked for a meal forgetting the Rugby was on, and were allocated a very nice table but outside of view of the TV. Before we even had a chance to ask, we were offered a table where we could watch. The atmosphere, service and food were all top notch!

I booked drinks only and advised that it was for a birthday. They very sweetly wrote a birthday card and gave complimentary chocolates to my friend. View was lovely, everything was spotless, the atmosphere was relaxing and the service was great. Recommend, especially if you have friends visiting from out of town.
