Originally built in the late 1800s, Wyndham Arcade, a Grade II listed building, is home to Bill's Cardiff City Centre restaurant. The Pen and Wig is a haven in the middle of the city. We are a traditional pub a mere 3 minutes’ walk from Queen Street. We serve quality food until 10pm and we have an amazing beer garden that is in use all year round. We also have an ever changing selection of real ale that we source from our local breweries and also a few from further afield. We are very proud to have been included in Camra’s Good Beer Guide for last six years.

    Booked for an Afternoon tea for a special occasion... Afternoon tea at the Ivy Cardiff is an event or a spectacle. I think calling it anything else is underselling it. The scones were sublime, the tea as always was exceptional, the sandwiches were light yet filling. The cream cupcakes and the chocolate Bombe are just exceptional. Service was spectacular as always. Truly wonderful experience. Will be going again in the very near future! Superb!

    Went for food and drinks Saturday midday, went for the bottomless brunch with champagne and it was really nice, service is always amazing here and the chicken we both had was delicious, we will definitely be back. 10/10 for me.

    Fantastic staff and atmosphere. Went around 9pm and it was extremely quiet (customer wise) so was a little hesitant on arrival but was extremely pleased with the food and staff at this establishment. We had the cote de boeuf with two sides to go with it and it was delicious!

    Took my stepdad for his 84 birthday and food was lovely and staff excellent. Especially want to mention Ethan who served us. Great personality and good with customers young and old! He is an asset to your business.
