Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment.     A new local favorite of ours now when we're looking for classy, quiet, not too busy, and a fun ambiance. I'd like to see more red blends on the drink menu (aside from Prisoner) that can be ordered by the glass. Try the steak filets, they were delicious, as were the frozen smore's.

    Down in LA for a short work trip. Searched for places with reservations that could accommodate just 3 people within a short period of time. Came across this restaurant and I 100% judged a book by its cover. The food photos looked absolutely amazing (not even knowing what some of them were). Our waitress Megan was the best, and gave us great recommendations. Had the nachos and added short ribs...OMG The happy hour short rib grilled cheese was delicious (add the fried pickles to the grilled cheese ) The Brussels Sprouts and the Sweet Papas Braves hit the spot too! I honestly don't know if they have anything bad on the menu. The restaurant ambiance was perfect, music not too loud and the whiskey decor and neon lights just add to it all. Great location in a cute downtown area, will definitely return. Whiskey
