POSH At The Scranton Club is a full service restaurant and Event facility located in beautiful downtown Scranton in what was formerly a private club. Open to the public for the first time in the building's history, POSH offers classic American bistro cuisine in a refined yet casual setting, as well as the latest cocktails in the Fashion Lounge, and Oak Bar. Enjoy classic and affordable American cuisine in an elegant and historical setting. The City Hall Bar overlooks the impressive municipal building of the city of Scranton. Daily specials and farm to table offerings from our Chefs are available. The elegant second floor event space can accommodate up to 300 guests for a sit down event. Menus are customized to the needs of the client by our on-site event planner.

Breaker Brewing Outpost, in the Sturges section of Archbald, is Breaker Brewing Company's northern satellite location open since February 2020. Our large taproom features a large horseshoe shaped bar, a high wooden cathedral ceiling and historic coal mining decor. With 12 beers on draft, we offer a rotating variety of our own unique craft beers along with cocktails crafted with PA made spirits, local wines and sodas. Make sure to try a beer flight or enjoy our Happy Hour, Tuesday through Friday, from 4-6pm. We offer a large food menu including soups, appetizers, burgers, tacos, specialty mac & cheese, flatbreads and more. We are family friendly and offer a kids menu. Our large patio is dog friendly and we even have a dog menu. We just added a large screen TV and several other TVs to keep up on the sports action.     First visit to the area and restaurant. Parking wasn’t ideal (very small lot) but we quickly found convenient on-street spaces. Table ready as soon as we arrived. Great menu options for our vegetarian family members. Everything was delicious! Quiche was light and flavorful. Black bean & sweet potato burger was excellent and very satisfying. Cobbler and crème brûlée were an amazing ending. Would definitely eat here again and recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

    My wife and I have enjoyed each of our experiences at the restaurant at The French Manor. We spent the night at the Manor to help celebrate our 20th anniversary. At the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed and given a selection of tables to seat. The ambiance was very pleasant and the noise level compared to most restaurants was amount nonexistent. The menu gave use many great choices and what we ordered was excellent. The service was commendable and attentive. While it is a bit expensive, the experience was worth it.

    We each enjoyed the signature salad. My husband had the filet. very tender and tasty. I had the special Asian short ribs. Very good.
