The pan seared lamb was absolutely magnificent, perfectly cooked and unbelievably tender; the waiter offered to get me a steak knife to cut it, but I didn't need one! The sauce chasseur was the perfect accompaniment to the meat and this was probably the most delicious lamb dish that I've ever had!
