Gateau Ghost's humble beginnings trace back to the pandemic when founder Jayden Park perfected his madeleines in his home kitchen. This is where crowd favourite Madeline flavours like Matcha-Pistachio, Biscoff, and Miso were first created. Fast forward to 2024, and we've opened the first brick-and-mortar restaurant. The space is a 3-in-1 masterpiece: a bakery, a small storefront stocked with products from local businesses, and a bistro-style restaurant with an open kitchen.We're serving coffee, pastries, brunch, lunch, and dinner from our location at College & Dovercourt in Toronto.Our cafe is open 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.Brunch waitlist available from 10:00am-3:30pm, Wednesday - Sunday.Dinner reservations 6:00pm - late, Thursday - Saturday. Great Vibes all around! Highly recommend the espresso martini, was one of the best I've had! The stand out food items for us were the French onion kimchi soup, short ribs and toffee pudding. Everything else was also really good. Will definitely be going back, and am excited to also try their brunch.
