Bellissimo Ristorante Italiano features breads and pastas made fresh daily with a pasta making station in the center of the modern Italian eatery.Bellissimo’s signature dish is Spaghetti, made fresh daily by hand with White Sonora wheat from the Yaqui lands of Vicam, Sonora.     Beautiful place, great service and very good food. Had Romaine salad, followed by Mussels, with Sundae for dessert. The Mussels were cooked in a San Marzano tomato and wine broth. Delicious. I like salty foods. but both the mussels and the focaccia served with it were just far too salty. Next time I'll specifically ask for less salt. Romaine salad was perfect, as was dessert!

    Waitress notified us of 'pasta' not up to standards for the day and suggested replacement. Kitchen swapped pesto sauce for bechamel sauce on Gnocchi (at my request). Portions were large. Everyone agreed their food was great! Seated near the back of the restaurant, which dampened the noise from the casino. All things considered, a very enjoyable experience!

    Start to finish the service was phenomenal - the entire experience was wonderful. Steaks and lobster were perfectly cooked and amazing. Our sides of potatoes and asparagus were delightful. Drinks were perfect - great wine choices Our dessert (sorbet) came from a freezer that apparently is chilled to -450 degrees below zero as it was sooo hard!! It was good though (once it thawed) Definitely will go back
